What Happens Next?

Within 24 hours, you will receive a separate invoice for your final month’s prepayment, along with your Seller Contract for review and signature.

Once the invoice and contract are sent, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment and sign and return the contract. Both must be completed within this timeframe to finalize and secure your space. If they are not completed within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled, your payment will be refunded, and the space may be released to another potential seller.

Once we receive the required payment and signed contract, we’ll create your Seller Account and reach out to confirm your move-in date and next steps.
