Tag Printing Policy

At The Barn, we want to keep tag printing simple and organized for all vendors. Please review the following before submitting a request.

Tag Print Requests

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tag printing.
• Once tags are ready, we will notify you by email or text for pickup.
• Requests may be submitted at any time.
• Requests submitted by Thursday should be ready within the normal processing window before the weekend.

On-the-Spot Printing

On-the-spot printing is not guaranteed.

• Tags will not be printed on the spot Friday or Saturday regardless if management is present or not.
• If management is unavailable, tags cannot be printed on the spot.
• We will not interrupt customer service or checkout to print tags.
• If tags were accidentally missed from a scheduled request, we may be able to print them on the spot if business levels allow.

Please plan ahead and allow the full 24–48 hours whenever possible.

How to Submit

Requests must be submitted by:

• Email
• Physical drop-off

Text messages are NOT accepted as tag print requests.

Please include:

• Product names (must match your inventory product name)
• Quantity of tags needed for each item

Important

The product name in your request must exactly match the name in your seller inventory account.

We cannot print tags for items with a zero quantity.
